All our items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment from our central office in the United Kingdom, or via any fulfillment hub in Europe that we operate. You can upgrade to 1st Class delivery for an additional £3.
Items can be expected to be received in amply sized and well-protected packaging. You should expect delivery in approximately 3-5 days of having your order dispatched.
All delivery to the UK is Free of charge. For large, bulk or trade orders, we may decide to use a courier service at our discretion.
Items sent to Europe are sent via Royal Mail International. Costs can vary on an individual countries basis – However, you should approximately expect to pay £5.40 for European delivery and around £10 for delivery to the rest of the World.

While the vast majority of orders arrive in a timely manner without any problem, it's an unfortunate fact that occasionally parcels can be held up or lost in the postal service. We have no control over such events. If your order has not yet arrived we ask that you please check your order status before contacting us to confirm it has been dispatched.
We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time from dispatch of 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 28 WORKING DAYS for the EU and 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately we cannot take any action until this time has passed.
It's possible the postal service may be holding your package, especially if dispatched via Recorded/Signed For Delivery and they've been unable to deliver. Please contact your local postal sorting office to see if they have your order. UK customers can find their local sorting office by calling Royal Mail's automated delivery office information line on 0845 6050767. If your order has been sent, is past the lost parcel time frame for your region and you've contacted the postal service without success, please contact us for further instructions.
Once your order is confirmed as being lost, we will act to recover compensation from the appropriate delivery service. We will also ship you another item or refund you in full.
